NEW ORLEANS, May 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Rene Bistrot, one of the most savory New Orleans French restaurants, recently announced the release of its revamped lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch menus, all featuring returned favorites from the original Rene Bistrot.

"When I reopened Rene Bistrot almost a year ago, I was thrilled to give our guests a menu with a fresh take on the culmination of southern cooking with traditional French dishes," said French Master Chef Rene Bajeux. The new menus introduce 14 French-bistro-style dishes combined with the traditions and ingredients from southeast Louisiana. The new menu will continue to change seasonally, including daily-changing lunch specials, and Chef Bajeux will continue to offer the house-made House Charcuterie Variety of Pate, Rillette, and Pickled Vegetables.
