Renowned Healthcare Advertising Agency LLNS Strengthens Leadership Team with New Appointments

(NYSE: OMC) announced today two new appointments of Harriet Perdikaris as Senior Vice President, Management Supervisor and Melissa Weiss as Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources.

Harriet Perdikaris brings to LLNS extensive experience in leading global brand launches for top healthcare companies, including Roche, Genentech, Pfizer and Janssen.  Having worked in all verticals such as DTP, DTC, and B2B, Harriet is well-versed in traditional and new media, bringing her clients fully integrated global brand communications that drive maximum value and metrics accountability across all marketing efforts.  Harriet began her career as an associate art director at Robert A. Becker, EURO RSCG, but quickly transitioned to account management.  For the last few years, Harriet has served as Associate Director of Consumer Marketing at Acorda Therapeutics, where she led "Center of Excellence" consumer efforts across two brands, including multiple sclerosis product and first-in-class launch for epilepsy (Ampyra/DZNS).  Armed with deep expertise in high science therapeutic areas, Harriet will be returning to oncology and leading the Afinitor team at LLNS. 

Melissa Weiss is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience working in fast-paced, forward thinking business environments.  For over fifteen years, Melissa has helped shape, organize, and broaden agencies at all levels of growth, overseeing initiatives such as workforce planning, recruiting, benefits, mentoring, diversity and employee relations. Her career spans a variety of creative agencies and data-driven businesses, serving as a senior HR partner at companies such as, Turner Corporation, Saatchi & Saatchi and N.W Ayer & Partners.
