BEIJING, April 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Renren Inc. (NYSE: RENN), a leading real name social networking internet platform in China, today announced that it will report its unaudited financial results for the first quarter 2013 on Monday, May 13, 2013, after the close of the U.S. markets.

The earnings teleconference call with simultaneous webcast will take place at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday, May 13, 2013 (Beijing/Hong Kong Time: 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 14, 2013). Renren's management will be on the call to discuss the quarterly results and answer questions.
