Request for Concepts (RFC) Issued for the Development of Integrated Entertainment Facilities at Laguna Lang Co in Vietnam

SINGAPORE, May 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Laguna Lang Co, the operator of the luxury resort located within the Thua Thien-Hue province and north of Da Nang, today announced its Request for Concepts (RFC) has been issued for integrated entertainment facilities, which would comprise a gaming complex at its Laguna Lang Co master-plan development located along central Vietnam's coastline.

Opened in April 2013, Laguna Lang Co offers luxury hotel rooms, villas, meeting facilities, retail outlets, and venues for live shows and is only a 3-hour flight from China, Vietnam's major source of gaming revenue.

A website portal (www.lcmp-rfc.com) has been launched to allow private companies and investors to submit their concepts to develop integrated entertainment facilities at the resort. Banyan Tree Capital (BTC) will be overseeing the RFC process and has designated Global Market Advisors as strategic procurement advisors.
