LNG dispenser is a kind of ultralow temperature metering equipment which can fill LNG stations' liquefied natural gas into LNG vehicles; this equipment is composed of LNG mass flow meter, piping system and computer control system. In China, LNG dispenser technologies have become mature and also formed related industries. CNG dispenser, also known as gas vending machine, is a kind of special equipment equipped with metering and valuation devices which can provide CNG fuel filling services for CNG vehicles.
With the gradual maturity of domestic LNG market and the rapid improvement of domestic equipment manufacturing industry's overall level, LNG dispensers have been widely used in domestic market. Meanwhile, through the combination of independent innovation and technology import, domestic LNG dispenser production enterprises gradually broke the critical technologies of gas dispenser production and some product technical indicators were even over the imported product quality standards.
At present, the LNG dispensers of Chengdu Huaqi Houpu Machine Electricity Technology Co., Ltd., Chongqing Endurance Industry Stock Co. Ltd. and several other enterprises occupy more than 90% of total domestic market share; some products have been exported to Pakistan, Indonesia and other Southeast Asian countries. At the same time, due to the high price and losing of technical advantage, the market share of imported LNG dispensers has been decreasing year by year.
Most of China's CNG stations choose to use domestic equipments; purification devices, gas storage devices, compressors and gas dispensers have achieve domestication, and the total market share of domestic equipment has reached more than 90% and the market share of some products even reached 100%.
Currently, less than 20 enterprises are engaged in the production of CNG dispensers, the products are various and the market concentration ratio is relatively high; the CNG dispensers of Beijing Changkong Hangke Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Beijing Changkong Machinery), Chengdu Huaqi Houpu Machine Electricity Technology Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Endurance Industry Stock Co. Ltd. (formerly known as Chongqing Silian Oil Gas Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) occupy about 80% of the market share.
Through the market research we found that the gas dispenser volume in Shaanxi, Sichuan and other western provinces is huge; as for Beijing, Hebei, Shanghai, Anhui and other northern and eastern provinces, the gas dispenser market is very small, and the main customers are buses.
