Shannon Labbe, the Arcadia hotel's former sales manager, returns to lead talented team
ARCADIA, Calif., June 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- A former sales manager at Residence Inn Pasadena Arcadia has come home and taken the reigns of the hotel as its new general manager.
Shannon Labbe brings her love of serving guests and the community back to one of the premier hotels in Arcadia, CA.

The 23-year hospitality veteran began her career as a front desk clerk at a Courtyard in New Jersey before moving to California, where she accepted the position at the Front Desk and moved on to Sales Manager at Residence Inn Pasadena Arcadia. She spent four years honing her skills and abilities in the sales arena before moving to the Manhattan Beach area as senior sales manager at Residence Inn Manhattan Beach and then to director of sales at Courtyard Century City.
In 1998, Labbe left the Marriott family to become a general manager with Extended Stay Hotels, where she remained for 10 years. Utilizing her strong background in sales, Labbe transitioned into a role as area operations manager, where she was responsible for three hotels in the San Gabriel Valley. In addition to overseeing multiple properties, Labbe took advantage of helping to grow a new brand from the ground up, sharpening her ability to analyze information while developing strategies to maximize profits.
Returning to Marriott in 2009, Labbe stepped into the role of general manager of TownePlace Suites Ontario Airport, where she successfully led the hotel through a complete renovation and became a member of the General Manager Advisory Council. In 2013, Labbe furthered her general manager experience at Courtyard Los Angeles Woodland Hills. The hotel was recognized as a 2014 Silver Hotel Award winner for its outstanding efforts in moving into the top 15 percent of hotels in the brand.
In addition to general manager, Labbe proudly holds the titles of wife and mother of three children. In her free time, Labbe enjoys playing and coaching hockey, as well as spending time with family.
