Paul takes on the role of vice president of Global Sales, and joins at a key period during the company's international expansion. Currently operating in over 40 countries, ResponseTek is on record pace for global success in the CEM sphere and sees Paul as an integral part of its continued success.

Prior to IBM, Paul was with business intelligence leader Cognos, where he led several global sales, alliances and marketing teams. Paul holds a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
