Shirley Chapman and her husband cut the ribbon to mark the opening of Restore Health Rehabilitation on February 27, 2015, White Plains, MD. Members of the Charles County Chamber of Commerce and other local officials joined the Restore Health staff to celebrate the occasion. Chapman is the first patient at the new hospitality-centered facility, which provides transitional care to help patients prepare to thrive at home following a hospital stay.
