Retail Holdings N.V. Announces Distribution, Annual Meeting and Distribution Record Dates

CURACAO, Netherlands Antilles, June 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Retail Holdings N.V. (Pink Sheets: RHDGF) ("ReHo" or the "Company") announced that the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles, on August 5, 2010.  On or about June 15, 2010, Proxy material for the AGM will be sent to Shareholders of record as of June 3, 2010.

The Board of Directors is recommending for Shareholder approval at the AGM a distribution of $0.80 per Common Share.  Assuming that Shareholders at the AGM accept the recommendation of the Board of Directors, the record date for the distribution, representing a repayment from paid-in surplus, will be August 5, 2010.  The distribution will be paid on or about August 19, 2010.
