Retail Veteran Kim Maguire Joins CCA and B as Chief Operating Officer

MARIETTA, Ga., Sept. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- CCA and B, LLC, a publishing company focusing on family-unifying projects and creator of the beloved "The Elf on the Shelf: A Christmas Tradition®" announces the addition of Kim Maguire to its executive team as Chief Operating Officer (COO).  In his new role, Maguire will be responsible for developing and executing ongoing strategic programs including branding, marketing, merchandising, sales, and licensing. Development of additional domestic and international growth opportunities will also be under his leadership.

Prior to joining CCA and B, Maguire served as chief merchandising and sales officer for QVC-Germany, based in Dusseldorf, Germany, where he spearheaded the company's efforts to streamline processes, increase productivity, and improve broadcasting.  Prior to QVC-Germany, Maguire also served as executive vice president of QVC-US, as well as executive vice president of merchandising for Office Depot and Circuit City. Maguire spent more than 20 years of his retail career at the Target Corporation, and spent the last seven of those as the senior vice president of merchandising.

Since his arrival, Maguire has begun launching various initiatives to enhance the company's growth plan.
