Retronix Semiconductor Builds Customer-centered Organization to Accommodate Growing Demand for its Technical Services and Staffing Solutions Worldwide
Company aligns organization with its customers to deliver a seamless quality of service globally; adds experienced regional service operations manager, Stewart Sullivan
ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Oct. 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- To support its ongoing global operations growth and prepare for its continued success, Retronix Semiconductor today unveiled details of its new organization structure designed to align with its customers to deliver a seamless quality of service globally. The company, which is a leading provider of technical services and staffing solutions for the global semiconductor industry, also announced the strategic hire of Stewart Sullivan as a regional service operations manager in the U.S.
As part of the new organization, Mark Diamond moves from his position of director of EU/Asia Sales and Operations with Retronix Semiconductor to assume the role of Chief Operating Officer. Jim Beatty was promoted from Director of U.S. Sales to the role of Worldwide Vice President of Sales.

Retronix Semiconductor brought Sullivan on board to manage all active field service engineers in Texas and the eastern half of the United States, as well as to directly interface with customers in the same areas.

Sullivan attended Ferrum College and later served in the United States Air Force. Directly after leaving the service, he held engineering positions with Eaton Corporation. Since then, his expertise with global businesses was sharpened through his time as the district manager – and ultimately the regional manager – of global service solutions at Axcelis Technologies, Inc. With a keen eye for managing field service operations, leading a team of employees, and driving revenue within a region, Sullivan has precisely the skills needed to continue to develop Retronix's services and meet the changing needs of its customers.
