Rex James Joins Delphi Technology as Vice President of P&C Sales

James is charged with developing and leading the P&C sales process for Delphi's newly-created Property & Casualty product division, with an initial focus on new business development initiatives, in order to support Delphi's continued expansion into new segments of the insurance market.
