REX Shares Launches Digital Asset Capital Management Company And Announces New Senior Hire
WESTPORT, Conn., Aug. 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- REX Shares, LLC (REX) today announced the formation of REX Capital Management, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary focused on developing investment products and strategies related to bitcoin and other digital assets. REX also announced the hiring of Anthony Pesco, PhD, who was most recently Global Head of Equity Derivatives for Credit Suisse.
REX, a provider of alternatives strategy ETFs, sees large demand for regulated investment products linked to bitcoin and ethereum. "We formed REX with a goal to create solutions for investors to navigate turbulent markets and preserve wealth," said Greg King, Founder and CEO. "The launch of REX Capital Management will catalyze our entry into the digital asset space to continue that mission. To help drive this growth, REX has hired Dr. Anthony Pesco as a Senior Adviser. Dr. Pesco has over 25 years' experience in building and leading derivatives trading businesses for Credit Suisse, Santander, AIG, and JP Morgan.
