RFI Studios wins Digital Retainer from Porsche Carrera Cup Asia
BEIJING, Jan. 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- RFI Studios China, the digital arm of Ruder Finn Asia, an integrated communications consultancy, has been selected as the digital agency of record for the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia (PCCA), Asia's premier sports car racing series. The highly competitive pitch for the two-year retainer among local and international agencies will see RFI lead Porsche Carrera Cup Asia's digital campaigns and social media promotions across the region, in addition to designing and maintaining this prestigious event's entire web presence.
Porsche Carrera Cup Asia is a one-make sports car racing series featuring the 911 GT3 Cup model and 2017 will be the 15th season for the series. With over 60 years of racing history, Porsche is one of the largest manufacturers in the world to specialize in high performance cars. First launched in 2003, the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia has earned an impressive and extensive fan and media following, with Porsche China holding the organizational reins for the series since 2011. 2017's action-packed calendar includes high profile race weekends in China, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore, with the season closing in spectacular fashion with a grand finale at Shanghai International Circuit.
Ruder Finn Asia was already the corporate communications agency of record for Porsche China before RFI Studios' retainer win for the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia.
