CONWAY, Ark., May 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The nation's premier children's consignment event, Rhea Lana's Children's Consignment, today announced the expansion of its franchises into 11 states, including new franchises in Springfield, Missouri; Germantown/Collierville, Tennessee; North Atlanta, Georgia; South Tulsa, Oklahoma; Phoenix/Anthem, Arizona; El Dorado, Arkansas; New Orleans, Louisiana and Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
