COLUMBIA, S.C., Oct. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Engineering executive Harold Kaefer has been named Rhythmlink's new director of engineering. With over 20 years of experience within the medical device, diagnostic and laser industries, Mr. Kaefer will provide project and engineering management to Rhythmlink's growing engineering department.

Mr. Kaefer received both his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology and Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is currently a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers [IEEE].
