("Align" or the "Company"), a leading global provider of hardware components, logistics and supply chain solutions in the global aerospace and defense industries, announced today the appointment of Richard C. Organ as the Company's Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Organ most recently served as the President and CEO of Schneller LLC ("Schneller"). During Mr. Organ's nearly 14 years as President and CEO, he oversaw significant growth and established Schneller as an industry leading aerospace supplier. Commenting on Mr. Organ's appointment, Raynard D. Benvenuti, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Align and Align's Interim CEO commented, "Rick is a proven executive in the aerospace industry with a track record of driving growth and superior execution to meet customer needs.
