At M3, Mr. Mason will focus on corporate board directorships, examinerships, trusteeships, monitorships, and similar appointments, and he will also help guide M3 clients across advisory engagements. Prior to joining M3, Mr. Mason was Chair of Restructuring and Finance at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where he was a partner of the firm for more than 30 years.

Mr. Mason is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, and he is a Conferee and recent former Vice-Chair of the National Bankruptcy Conference.
