RICHMOND, Va., Oct. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Every year, about 42.5 million American adults (or 18.2 percent of the total adult population in the United States) suffers from some mental illness, enduring conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, and more.
A local non-profit "Runway2Life", and the Redken Elite Salons of Virginia are proud to be working with brands like Lilly Pulitzer, Joseph Ribkoff, Lily Rain and more to provide a Richmond Fashion Show that will raise awareness and funds for these causes.

Cocktails & refreshments will be available at 7pm, and the show begins at 8pm! There will be an afterparty at Shula's Steakhouse inside of The Hilton.

The 1st annual Runway2Life Fashion Show is a non profit event that seeks to educate, motivate, and encourage those who live with mental illness or disability. The Runway2Life team is working with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) to provide resources and support to individuals and their families that struggle with suicide and depression.
