Rick's Cabaret/NYC Names Jose "Joey" Lopez As Executive Chef At Its Steakhouse

NEW YORK, June 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading gentlemen's club Rick's Cabaret/New York City has named Jose "Joey" Lopez as Executive Chef. He will direct the dining operations of the three-story, upscale establishment at 50 West 33rd Street that has been called "the #1 strip club in New York City." The club is part of the Rick's Cabaret International, Inc. (NasdaqGM:RICK) group of gentlemen's clubs.

Chef Lopez is an alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in San Francisco, and his love for food is expressed in his mastery of many techniques and ethnic styles.

He started his career at the famous Carnelian Room in San Francisco, moved to New York City where he perfected his art at the Tanuki Tavern, then showed his versatility at Gastro Bar 35 in the Wyndham Hotel and later at the Eventi Hotel in Chelsea.
