The dog day training program is a four-week program where owners can drop their dogs off daily for basic commands, obedience, and field trips into public environments. Clients have homework on the weekends for practice, and when training is done, clients receive lifetime support and access to K9 Family events, such as play dates and workouts.
With board and training, however, clients drop off their dogs for the duration of their training. Each dog receives personalized training matched to his or her needs. Through this three week program, staff gain the trust and establish communication to yield total obedience.
Ridgeside K9 Carolinas aggression training is a solution for dogs who have displayed consistent aggression with other animals and people. This 4-6 week program is designed to rehabilitate aggressive dogs by emphasizing training - with both the dogs and their owners.
With private training, clients can receive custom one-on-one lessons that begin with an evaluation of both the dog and his or her owner. Once their needs are discovered, the eight-lesson program begins. Any dog 12 weeks and older is welcome (must be vaccinated and have no known aggression issues).
The team at Ridgeside K9 Carolinas also offers puppy training, including basic obedience, off-leash and absolute control, and lifetime coaching support. Training includes time spent at the facility and in public to ensure that all skills are completely learned.
