Rift Valley Equity Partners Announces Acquisition of M&M Manufacturing
NEW YORK and TULSA, Okla., June 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Rift Valley Equity Partners, LLC ("Rift Valley"), a private investment firm based in New York, announced today that it has acquired the assets of M&M Manufacturing, Inc. through affiliated entity M&M Precision Components, LLC ("M&M" or the "Company"). Headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, M&M is a leading manufacturer of precision machined components for aerospace, defense and industrial applications.
Founded in 2000 by Kenneth Statton, M&M provides precision machining and fabrication services to leading aerospace, defense and industrial companies. M&M's manufacturing capabilities include CNC milling and turning, assembly and inspection as well as value-added services such as programming, modeling and tooling. M&M maintains AS9100 Rev. C and ISO 9001 certifications.
Rift Valley's acquisition of M&M represents its second aerospace & defense platform investment following the acquisition of Crow Precision Components ("Crow") in 2014.
