River City Company Issues a Request for Information (RFI) for Hawk Hill in Downtown Chattanooga, TN

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., Feb. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The next chapter in the renaissance of downtown Chattanooga, TN, continues as River City Company has issued a Request for Information and Interest (RFI) to inform its plans to reimagine 14 acres on Hawk Hill and adjacent parking lots. River City Company, a private 501c3 nonprofit organization with an impactful history of urban planning, intends to work with developers to transform this unique topographic feature downtown into a vibrant, mixed-use downtown neighborhood with panoramic views of the Scenic City.

The goal for the redevelopment of Hawk Hill is to establish a new downtown neighborhood comprised of housing, retail, hospitality, green space, and parking for residents and visitors, ultimately transforming it into a place where everyone will want to live, work, and play.
