River Point Signs Mead Johnson Nutrition as Tenant

CHICAGO, March 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Ivanhoe Cambridge and co-investor and developer Hines, announced today that Mead Johnson, a global leader in pediatric nutrition, has signed a lease to relocate its corporate headquarters to River Point, at the corner of Lake and Canal Streets in Chicago's West Loop area.

Mead Johnson has leased three floors, approximately 75,000 square feet of office space, in the mid-rise of River Point and will move to its new space in mid-2017.  Designed to meet all the needs of a 21st-century company, the 52-story, 1.05 million square foot building will offer world-class architecture and first-class amenities, including a 1.5-acre public park and landscaped river walk, retail shops, a fitness center and extraordinary views of the Chicago River. The building has been designed to achieve LEED® Gold certification.
