Class R (RNDLX):  $0.06009 or 0.54% of NAV

RiverNorth/Oaktree High Income Fund
Class I (RNHIX):  $0.03583 or 0.34% of NAV
Class R (RNOTX):  $0.03359 or 0.32% of NAV
