Under the culinary leadership of Chef Michaël Michaelidis, RDG's Head of Culinary, CLAUDIE showcases a menu steeped in Mediterranean flavors and "la Cuisine du Soleil." Chef Michaelidis, whose career includes key roles at Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon establishments, channels the artistry of legendary French Riviera chefs like Roger Vergé to create a refined yet meaningful dining experience.

Signature dishes include a theatrical Table-Side Gazpacho, with a vodka version reminiscent of a reimagined Bloody Mary; decadent Pâtes Aux Langoustes and classic Escargots. Additional highlights include grilled Gamberoni; indulgent Truffle Toupie Macaron—a truffle-infused ham and Parmesan creation; Entrecôte-Frites; and an exquisite Crustacés seafood tower.

Designed by OV & Co. and Lazaro Rosa-Violán, CLAUDIE reflects the effortless elegance of French Riviera towns. The space is adorned with natural materials—wicker, wood, clay, and stone—to create an inviting yet sophisticated atmosphere.

CLAUDIE's 2,470-square-foot terrace offers an intimate yet vibrant retreat, with seating for 104 guests amidst lush greenery. A striking fountain centerpiece, inspired by timeless French jewelry designs, cascades like a radiant display of diamonds, setting the stage for a captivating al fresco experience. Three stunning bronze sculptures by artist Ada Da Silva enhance the terrace's atmosphere, seamlessly blending art and nature.

The dining room is a masterpiece of Mediterranean charm, featuring glazed tiles, handcrafted furnishings, and a dramatic circular light fixture reminiscent of the sun's radiant glow. The private dining room boasts an exclusive mural by Victoria Krylov, depicting a sophisticated muse's journey through a day in the Mediterranean.
