Brunelli & Co., LLC, today announced that it has been retained as exclusive real estate broker for various New Jersey counties for fast casual chains BurgerFi, Corner Bakery Cafe and Tommy's Coal Fired Pizza. All three restaurants are seeking end-cap or freestanding pad locations with outdoor seating in lifestyle centers, power centers and other high-traffic locations in areas offering high daytime populations for lunch and a strong residential population for dinner and weekends.

BurgerFi, headquartered in North Palm Beach Fla., developed a fast casual concept that offers an upscale, updated twist on the hamburger stands of the 1950s and 60s.  The chain serves all-natural Angus burgers with a wide array of toppings, hand-cut fries, craft beers and wine in a modern urban setting.  Now in the process of opening its first New Jersey location in downtown New Brunswick, the company currently has 27 locations nationwide and expects to have 60 in operation by the end of the year.
