R.J. Brunelli Appointed Tenant Rep for A.C. Moore, Dollar Tree and Monster Mini Golf for Markets in New Jersey and New York

OLD BRIDGE, N.J., Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Retail leasing specialists R.J. Brunelli & Co., Inc. today announced three new tenant representation assignments for markets in New Jersey and New York.

The Old Bridge-based firm was appointed exclusive broker for A.C. Moore Arts & Crafts in central and northern New Jersey and Richmond (Staten Island), Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Putnam, and Ulster counties in New York; exclusive broker for Dollar Tree in central and northern New Jersey; and exclusive broker for Monster Mini Golf in central and northern New Jersey.

A.C. Moore offers a vast selection of arts, crafts and floral merchandise to a broad demographic of customers. The company opened its first store in Moorestown, N.J. in 1985, and has grown to 135 locations as of July 1, 2010 in an Eastern U.S. area extending from Maine to Florida. Dollar Tree stores offer a wide variety of high quality, everyday general merchandise and an ever-changing array of seasonal goods. The company is also actively expanding its Deal$ concept, a discount variety store requiring 10,000- to 13,000 square-foot spaces, generally in freestanding, high exposure strip centers, or downtown locations within lower – middle income areas.
