RLH Equity Partners portfolio company, Bluewolf Group, acquired by IBM
LOS ANGELES, May 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Riordan, Lewis & Haden | Equity Partners (RLH) is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Bluewolf Group LLC ("Bluewolf" or "BW"), has been acquired by IBM (NYSE: IBM).
Bluewolf is a globally recognized leader in implementing cloud computing solutions for enterprise clients, primarily with respect to Salesforce.com and its related products. BW is one of Salesforce's top tier and longest standing consulting partners, with 12 global offices and more than 500 employees in the United States, Europe and Australia. Bluewolf, which has delivered more than 9,500 successful Salesforce projects for clients, is consistently recognized by market analysts such as IDC as a worldwide leader in the Salesforce implementation ecosystem.
The Bluewolf team, including CEO Eric Berridge, will join the Interactive Experience (iX) practice of IBM Global Business Services to form a deeper consulting capability for clients adopting the innovative Salesforce solutions.
