A New Chapter in National Growth
Alongside double-digit openings last year, including the 200^th location in Schenectady, New York, RNR also awarded franchise agreements to two new franchisees: a single location in Boise, Idaho, and  five locations in Birmingham, Alabama.

As RNR begins the new year, the team is preparing to enter three new markets and two new states. The first-ever stores in the states of Idaho and Oregon are scheduled to open in the first half of 2025, while Birmingham's inaugural location is anticipated to open in the third quarter of the year – marking the sixth location in Alabama.

The New Era of Leadership
Serving the brand since 2017, and most recently as the company's President, Adam Sutton will lead RNR into its 25th anniversary year after being promoted to CEO in 2024. Sutton's new role consists of utilizing his over two decades of executive leadership experience to oversee the brand's continued strategic growth, innovation and efforts of becoming and remaining a "value driven company".

To assist in those efforts, Sutton recently promoted several key executive Team Members; Matthew Warren, Susan Vice, Kyle Parman and Matt King who all received new titles in 2024. Warren was promoted to COO, Parman to President of Corporate Store Operations, King to VP of Corporate Store Operations, and Vice to VP of Finance.
