Boutique producer Roadhouse Winery, located in the Russian River Valley town of Healdsburg, Sonoma County triumphed in their first entry, winning medals for all of their 2011 small production handmade wines.
"We've just started entering our wines in competition after four vintages, and it's exciting to do so well in such a large and well known event. We are super excited!" says Eric Hall, Proprietor / Co-Winemaker at Roadhouse Winery.
Hall goes on to say that he believes that truly fine Pinot Noir must be handmade in small lots, and that Healdsburg, California is the epicenter of this kind of artisanal Pinot Noir production.
"We look forward to hosting Actor Chris Noth and all our Pinot pals in our tasting room on the Healdsburg Plaza Square, or at the upcoming 10th Annual "Pinot on the River" festival scheduled for October 27th also on the Square".
Roadhouse Winery, whose tagline is "Two Guys, a Pool Table, Some Barrels, and a love for Pinot Noir" sells all their multiple award winning products in its tasting room on the beautiful Healdsburg Plaza Square, in Sonoma County, or online at www.roadhousewinery.com.
