Robertson Global Health Solutions Announces Progress Towards Commercial Venture with LifeSense

SAGINAW, Mich., Aug. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Robertson Global Health Solutions Corporation (OTCBB: RHSC) and Montana Healthcare Solutions Pty Ltd have announced today that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with LifeSense Group, an investment and strategic services company that specializes in health risk management. Robertson Global and LifeSense Group entered into an understanding to deliver RHealth Advisor mobile web as an add-on service to provide their members with improved diagnostic capabilities of nurses in clinics, capture complete medical history, and provide physician oversight and communication with each clinic. Robertson Global and LifeSense Group recognize significant potential synergies through the integration of RHealth Advisor into LifeSense Group's current LifeQube clinic management product and a consumer version of RHealth Advisor for LifeSense Group's sales staff to sell into their current 1.2 million client base.

The parties have joined in a Memorandum of Understanding and have outlined a strategic relationship. Robertson Global and LifeSense Group will integrate LifeSense Group's mobile application, which uniquely identifies and captures basic patient information, with Robertson Global RHealth Advisor, which is considered the most intuitive artificial intelligent engine developed today. LifeSense Group's current product is in use across Africa, most notably in an implementation in Rwanda with CFW clinics. Robertson Global and LifeSense Group will explore the integration of RHealth Advisor into the LifeSense Group product, thereby enhancing the overall product offering and providing an opportunity for Robertson Global as LifeSense Group sells their products throughout the world.

Including RHealth Advisor in the LifeQube clinic management product will provide a variety of benefits to clinics and consumers. The comprehensive mobile platform key features includes pre-screening for possible and probable diseases, capturing medical history and health information using an intuitive electronic health record and data collection system, and a comprehensive reference guide. Fully integrating these features to function together will ultimately improve patient throughput in clinics by reaching patients via technology to maximize entry into the healthcare system and provide users the ability to track a response to treatment and suggest follow-up at their home. As a result, consumers will have more access to health information and know when or where to get treatment. Medical providers will be able to reduce repeat visits to the clinic or hospital due to recurrence, improve their ability to evaluate and assess the appropriateness of tests, and increase the ability and effectiveness of lesser skilled caregivers, enabling them to assist patients during triage and initial diagnosis. Access to complete medical history on a patient will aid in determining a more accurate diagnosis and treatment of the patient's condition. Through this commercial venture, healthcare workers, nurses, doctors and consumers can have access to increased efficiency and effectiveness in their healthcare system.
