Rock Ridge Resources Inc. Announces the opening of a Women's Alcohol-Drug Treatment Facility in Fourth Quarter 2015
LAKE ARROWHEAD, Calif., May 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Rock Ridge Resources Inc. (Pinksheets: RRRI) announced this week their intent to file an application with the California Department of Health Care Services for a license to operate up to 24 beds for a Women's Alcohol-Drug Rehab Facility in the Lake Arrowhead area.
The property has been purchased in a joint venture and Rock Ridge has begun the re-modeling and upgrades on the houses to be licensed. Rock Ridge plans to open the Rehab facility at the end of 2015.
The company anticipates this Women's facility will add another 5-7 million dollars of income to its business.
Rock Ridge's real estate division will also be building 10-12 new residences on the property after approvals of a new tract map and lot splits. These new residences will be for sale in late 2016.
Rock Ridge's Real Estate division also has purchased 2 additional properties located adjacent to the Lake Arrowhead Country Club, a private golf club. One residence is on the first fairway and is being remodeled and completed for sale in the 3rd quarter of 2015. The second property is a lot only, located in the Country Club Villas, adjacent to the Lake Arrowhead Country Club, with a newly designed residence to be completed and listed for sale in the 2nd quarter of 2016.

The new facility will have all the features and amenities that have made our men's facility such a success." The Women's facility will operate as a separate division. A name for the Women's facility as not been chosen as of this date.
