Rockbridge Growth Equity Makes Strategic Investment in Miles Mediation & Arbitration

Partnership will Support the Company's Continued National Expansion

DETROIT, Oct. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Rockbridge Growth Equity ("Rockbridge"), a partnership-oriented middle market private equity firm, announced today that it has made a strategic investment in Miles Mediation & Arbitration ("Miles" or "the Company"), a fast growing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. Miles CEO Parag Shah and the rest of the management team will continue to lead the Company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Over the past 20 years, Miles has built a knowledgeable, highly diverse panel of more than 160 neutrals, each with expertise in a specialized area, designed to guide parties to fair, timely and cost effective resolution regardless of case size or complexity. Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, Miles has a large footprint across the Southeast with offices in Birmingham, AL; Charlotte, NC; Columbia, SC; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Jacksonville, FL; Nashville, TN; Palm Beach, FL;  Savannah, GA; and Tampa, FL, as well as additional offices in Denver, CO,  Houston, TX, and St. Louis, MO.
