Rockefeller & Co. Appoints Raymond N. Wareham as Managing Director and Senior Client Advisor

NEW YORK, Sept. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Rockefeller & Co., Inc. ("Rockefeller") – a global wealth and investment management firm serving individuals, families, trusts, foundations, endowments and other institutions – announced today the recent hire of Raymond N. Wareham as a Managing Director and Senior Client Advisor.

In his new position, Mr. Wareham will work to support Rockefeller's global wealth management service offering as an advisor to high net worth individuals, families and family offices, as well as contribute to the firm's business development efforts. He is based in New York City and will work with Rockefeller professionals across the organization.

Prior to joining Rockefeller, Mr. Wareham served as a Senior Managing Director for Bernstein Global Wealth Management, a subsidiary of AllianceBernstein L.P. During his tenure with Bernstein Global Wealth Management, he served in a number of roles, including as a senior portfolio manager and as head of the Wealth Management Group, which provided investment planning and asset allocation research and advice to clients. More recently, he headed Bernstein Global Wealth Management's Boston Office for its private client business. Previously he spent twenty-four years at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in corporate finance, M&A, and underwriting capacities in New York, London, and Tokyo. He received a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering/Computer Science from Northwestern University. He also served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. He is a former Trustee and Board Chair at The Spence School in New York City and is currently a Director of The Stanley Isaacs Neighborhood Center.
