LOS GATOS, Calif., June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- After ten years of success as Rocket Mobile, one of the leading mobile development teams in the U.S. the company was renamed today as B!Labs to reflect its position within the global Buongiorno family.

Rocket Mobile was founded in 2000 by a team of engineering professionals who heard that a new ecosystem being developed by Qualcomm called BREW was going to be the next big thing.  At the time, they had no idea that this little company in Silicon Valley would go on to become the leading developer of BREW applications in the country in just a few short years.  After growing the business for seven years Rocket Mobile caught the attention of global mobile powerhouse Buongiorno who purchased the company for its multi-platform app development expertise.

Rocket Mobile is now a fully integrated business unit called B!Labs, a key part of Buongiorno USA.  Along with the mobile application business, Buongiorno USA also provides CRM, marketing and managed services to carriers, as well as digital content direct to consumers.  With direct connections to top-tier U.S. carriers, and over 100 carriers globally, Buongiorno is one of the largest mobile services companies in the world.
