The prestigious award was presented to owners Rob and Carol Samsky at the 61^st annual Choice Hotels International convention in Las Vegas.

Choice Hotels' Hotel of the Year Award winners are selected by the Choice Hotels Owners Council and are presented to properties that demonstrate lodging excellence and offer guest experiences that set the standard for the industry. Nominees are all ranked at the top of hotels within their brand.
