ROI Awarded Contract to Bring Legacy Support Services to Gwinnett Medical Center

ATLANTA, Aug. 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- ROI Healthcare Solutions, LLC has been awarded a contract by one of Atlanta's highly reputable hospitals, Gwinnett Medical Center, to provide 24 / 7 / 365 support of their legacy clinical, ambulatory, and ancillary systems during their migration to a new, integrated EMR solution.

The 18-month professional services contract is designed for ROI to provide a range of IT services led by Project Managers and application-specific Team Leads, within Gwinnett's facility.  Scope of services include: program management, application management, on-call support, break/fix services, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, reporting, and small service request fulfillment.
