ROI Training Announces Collaboration With Amazon.com On Whispercast -- A Distribution Tool for Documents Across E-Readers and Kindle Fires

NEW YORK, Oct. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- ROI Training, Inc. today announced they are partnering with Amazon.com after being invited to participate as a beta user during development of "Whispercast for Kindle," Amazon's new content deployment initiative supporting the education and business communities.   Whispercast provides schools and business customers an easy-to-use, secure and scalable online tool for deploying Kindle devices and Kindle content.

ROI Training was able to successfully implement the Kindle Fires on several technology and business analyst new hire training programs in August and September.  Students received their course materials, supplemental text books, individual assessments, and course evaluations on the Kinde Fire.  ROI used Whispercast to distribute the course materials and text books, and configure device settings across all of the Kindles -- including wireless connectivity and restricting web access and app purchases.  Reviews from the program participants showed 100% approval rates on the use of the devices.  As a beta user, ROI Training became the first Technology and Management Company to transition course materials to an electronic format, and distribute them via Whispercast. ROI Training will now offer its global clients, including the US, UK, and Asia, the option of printed materials or electronic delivery via the Kindle eReader, Kindle Fire, or iPad Kindle app.
