Rooter Hero Supports Breast Cancer Awareness at Providence Disney Family Cancer Center Pink Lighting Ceremony

BURBANK, Calif., Oct. 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Hero Helps, a charitable division of Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air, proudly participated in the Providence Roy and Patricia Disney Family Cancer Center Pink Lighting Ceremony, an annual breast cancer awareness event in Burbank, California. As part of its community outreach initiative, Rooter Hero donated 96 self-care tote bags to breast cancer patients and survivors in attendance.

Three representatives from Rooter Hero and two from Providence stand in front of a table with shiny pink gift bags with "Self-Care Totes" written on them and a basket with pink floral arrangements. Rooter Hero donated the totes as part of the Pink Lighting Ceremony at Providence in support of breast cancer patients and survivors.

Each tote was thoughtfully filled with comfort and care items, including a cozy blanket, face mask, mini coloring book with colored pencils, a pink cup, lip balm, and hand cream. These seemingly simple items were designed to bring warmth and encouragement to those fighting or recovering from breast cancer.

The evening concluded with the symbolic lighting of the Cancer Center in pink, honoring survivors and raising awareness for ongoing cancer research and support. The remaining totes were distributed the following day to patients undergoing chemotherapy treatments.
