ARLINGTON, Va., Sept. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Rose Wang received the Woman Government Contractor of the Year Award, presented by Randi Schochet, Vice President, Brand and Advocacy at American Express OPEN during the annual OPEN for Government Contracts (OGC) Summit for Success event held at the Grand Hyatt Washington on August 20, 2013. Launched in 2009, OGC is a national program that helps small businesses of all kinds and at any level capitalize on the enormous growth opportunity provided through government contracts.

In accepting the award, Wang had some thoughtful words for the small business leaders in attendance: "The government market is demanding change from contractors, large and small.
