Rose•Walker Names Paul Grant Partner in Charge of Denver Office
Trial lawyer to represent firm clients in business litigation
DALLAS and DENVER, Aug. 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The business litigation law firm Rose•Walker, L.L.P., is opening a new office in Denver with the addition of veteran Colorado trial lawyer Paul Grant, who will lead the new shop.
For more than 23 years, Mr. Grant has represented businesses and individuals as both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of litigation and arbitration cases involving contract claims, misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud, employment disputes, real estate matters, construction-related claims and civil theft, among other areas.

A former marathon runner, Mr. Grant says the discipline required for that sport helps him in court as well.
"There are some analogies you can draw," he says. "Success at trial, just like success in a marathon, is mostly about your preparation, about making sure that you're putting yourself in position to obtain the best outcome possible. And just as in running, you have to be committed to working toward and focusing on the goal from start to finish."
Mr. Grant is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and a cum laude graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. In addition to his trial work, he also worked in-house at what was known as one of the "Baby Bell" companies, US West, now CenturyLink.
