Mr. O'Connor, also an accounting and audit professional in the Financial Services Group, is based in the Rothstein Kass Denver office. Rothstein Kass simultaneously announced that Henry Jia of the Rothstein Kass Financial Services Group; and Robert Levin, a member of the Rothstein Kass Family Office Group; have been named Senior Directors with the firm.

Beverly Hills, California

Arthur Brown, CPA, provides audit and accounting advisory services to alternative investment industry and other financial services sector clients. He has over 17 years of accounting industry experience, serving public and private companies including investment advisors, hedge funds and private equity firms in all phases of development.

Mr. Brown is a certified public accountant in California, New York and Connecticut and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the California State Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA). He is also a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Mr. Brown earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Marist College.

Kashif Hussain, CPA, leads the Rothstein Kass commercial services audit practice in Southern California. Mr. Hussain has over 13 years of accounting industry experience, serving a diverse array of public and private companies across industry spectrums, including real estate, media and entertainment, manufacturing and consumer products.

Mr. Hussain is a certified public accountant in California, Georgia and Maryland and is a member of the AICPA. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and a Master of Arts degree in Accounting from George Washington University.

Daniel O'Connor, CPA, specializes in providing audit services to financial services industry clients related to hedge fund structures, including domestic and offshore funds, master-feeder structures, commodity pools and fund of funds. He also advises clients on organizational structure and reviews investment partnership agreements for structure and accounting compliance.

Mr. O'Connor earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Devry University. He is a member of the Colorado Society of Public Accountants (COPA) and the AICPA, as well as the Colorado Alternative Investment Group.
