LAS VEGAS, June 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Rounder, Inc (Pink OTC Market: RNDR) has agreed to terms with Ms. Nalen Uk.

Nalen Uk has become the President of Rounder, Inc. with over 10 years of extensive experience in project/budget management, business/software development, strategic planning, web technology, and contract negotiations.

Ms. Uk is tasked with crafting new initiatives to reinvigorate the Rounder experience and to introduce revenue streams. "Our success depends on a unique and quality end-user experience," says Ms. Uk, who further adds, "our offerings will be superior to our competitor's in visual quality, number of revenue streams, product mix, user-engagement profiles, and a comprehensive partnership engagement model."

Prior to Rounder, Uk was Chief Operating Officer for Invicta Alliance Partners, a social gaming and technology company. As COO, Uk was involved in the development of a proprietary 3D cross-platform engine. At Invicta, Uk also played a key role in developing concepts for a series of virtual worlds targeting a new generation of online users interested in exploring and networking in various communities related to the film, music, high-fashion, politics and religious industries.

Uk also served as COO for the Universe of Faith. During her time at UOF, she helped develop the company's corporate strategy and social media plan for all-digital media, designed specifically for the faith-based community as an all-inclusive portal for faith-related entertainment.

Uk also served as GM for Games BizDev (GBD), a United Kingdom based video games' company, looking to expand their operations in the US. During her employment at GBD, she negotiated contracts with major game publishers and managed multi-million dollar budgets for games tied to feature films.

Uk launched her career as Operations Manager for the Children's Oncology Group where she initiated and managed over 25 pharmaceutical-sponsored pediatric cancer trials. She was also COG's Scientific Writer, specializing in stem cell transplant research. Originally planning a career in medicine, Uk holds a Bachelors of Sciences degree in Biological Sciences from the University of CA Irvine.
