Rover Technology Fusions Announces Contract with Xcel Energy for the Implementation of RoverINK

TAMPA, Fla., March 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Rover Technology Fusions, a Tampa based mobile-data capture, workflow and document management solutions provider, has announced they have entered into a contract with Xcel Energy, one of this nation's leading combination natural gas and electric utilities.
