Introducing Client Performance & Growth: Amy Hinson Named Director

Royal Health is proud to announce the creation of its new Client Performance & Growth department, led by Amy Hinson as Director. The department expands Royal's approach to client partnership beyond implementation and ongoing support, creating a dedicated focus on performance, value realization, optimization, and long-term growth. Client Performance & Growth will work with clients to understand where they are today, identify opportunities to improve and evolve their use of Royal's platform, and build a forward-looking roadmap tied to their operational and strategic priorities.

Amy brings deep experience in client strategy, relationship management, and value realization across the customer lifecycle. In this role, she will lead Royal's approach to client performance and executive partnership, helping clients translate Royal's technology and services into measurable operational outcomes and opportunities for continued improvement and growth.

Ron Cornett Promoted to Director of Business Development

Royal Health promoted Ron Cornett to Director of Business Development. Cornett will guide new products and business partnerships from early ideas through validation, launch, and adoption.

Cornett brings more than 30 years of experience in clinical operations, imaging informatics, and healthcare technology. A former radiologic technologist, PACS administrator, IT leader, and Royal client, he previously served as Regional Technology Officer at US Radiology Specialists and spent more than 25 years at Radiology Ltd. His experience provides practical insight into the workflow, technology, and implementation challenges imaging organizations face.

Royal Health welcomes Chuck Wilcox as SVP, Revenue Solutions Portfolio Manager. Wilcox will align medical billing platform processes, reporting, and execution to improve revenue cycle visibility and support scalable growth.

Wilcox brings more than two decades of healthcare revenue and operations leadership, including 18 years at Wake Radiology, where he directed revenue cycle, financial reporting, and payer relations for a multi-location group of more than 60 radiologists. His background also includes outpatient imaging and oncology operations. At Royal, he will align people, processes, systems, and reporting across the radiology revenue cycle.
