Royal Health Welcomes Bob Still, FRBMA, as Board Advisor

Former RBMA Executive Director and radiology practice leader brings decades of industry experience to support Royal Health's continued growth

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Royal Health Inc, a radiology operations technology company serving outpatient imaging centers and independent radiology practices, announced that Bob Still, FRBMA, has joined the company as a Board Advisor, bringing more than three decades of leadership experience in radiology practice management, healthcare administration, and industry advocacy.

Still is best known for his service as Executive Director of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA), where he helped guide one of the industry's leading professional organizations and champion initiatives focused on education, leadership development, and member engagement. Prior to RBMA, he spent 22 years as Practice Manager at Lancaster Radiology Associates in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, helping lead the practice's growth from 15 to 32 physicians while building a robust outpatient imaging operation and managing the complexities of physician revenue cycle management.

During his tenure at RBMA, the organization expanded its engagement with young professionals, helping cultivate a new generation of leaders serving on committees and boards across the industry. He also helped guide the organization through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic while maintaining educational programming and member engagement.

In addition to his work with RBMA, Still has hosted the association's A Word With Bob podcast for the past seven years, sharing insights and conversations with radiology leaders from across the country.

As Board Advisor, Still will provide strategic guidance to Royal's leadership team as the company continues its mission of helping imaging organizations improve operational performance, strengthen financial outcomes, and simplify the healthcare experience for providers and patients alike.

Still holds a Master's in Management in Health Policy from Penn State University and is a graduate of Indiana University. He currently serves as Treasurer of the RBMA Foundation for Education & Research, serves on the Board of Directors of the Arnold Delin Family Foundation, and volunteers at Geisinger/St. Luke's Hospital.
