SEYMOUR, Ind., July 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Royalty Roofing is pleased to announce the hiring of Thomas G. Hollingsworth as the company's new Business Development Director.

Most recently, Tom was President of Duro-Last(R) Roofing, a position he held for 17 years. Prior to becoming President, Tom was Duro-Last's Vice President of Quality Assurance and Information Systems. During his tenure at Duro-Last, Tom implemented and supported corporate initiatives that yielded a 300% rise in profitability, including building market share, strengthening underperforming sales regions, fostering strategic business partnerships, introducing new product lines, and improving customer service programs.

In his role with Royalty, Tom will pursue opportunities for growing the Royalty business through acquisitions. Once a prospect is acquired, Tom will integrate that entity's operations into Royalty by acting as its interim Chief Operating Officer. Tom's leadership and strategic planning experience will complement Royalty's proven business practices and the skill set of the company team already in place.
