Paula Foster, Otter Tail Power Company's Supervisor of Cash Management, together with Bill Pierce, RP Solutions' National Account Manager, will reveal how this Minnesota-based utility reengineered its remittance processing operation to significantly reduce costs, improve efficiency and provide better customer service.
