(NYSE:RPAI) announced today that Art Van Furniture has signed a new lease at Gurnee Town Center, a 179,000 square foot open air-shopping center located in the Chicago MSA. Art Van Furniture will join DSW, Old Navy, Starbucks, Ross Dress for Less, Five Below, Bath & Body Works and other national retailers at this 98% leased center.
Art Van Furniture will occupy 34,000 square feet of retail space between Ross Dress for Less and Old Navy. Art Van Furniture is the Midwest's largest furniture retailer and America's largest independent furniture retailer. The Warren, Michigan based company currently operates more than 100 stores, as well as a full-service e-commerce site.
